Ikebana Series

Currently being formed by a Sogetsu Ikebana School professor. Sogetsu is a modern, avant - garde school of Japanese flower arrangement (ikebana) founded in 1927 by Sofu Teshigahara.

  • Ikebana is the traditional Japanese art of flower arrangements. It focuses on minimalism, shape, line, and form, using seasonal flowers and branches to create balance, harmony, and "giving life to flowers".

  • Ikebana is not only about arranging flowers, but about cultivating presence and awareness. Each composition becomes a quiet moment of reflection, where balance, space, and intention guide the process.

It is a practice that invites stillness, connecting the mind, the body, and the natural world.

  • Practicing ikebana is an intimate and sensory experience.
Through form, material, and gesture, it allows a deeper connection with nature and with oneself.

Each arrangement becomes a personal expression, shaped by observation, emotion, and simplicity.
